Google Chrome is a browser created by Google Inc. Chrome is definitely one of the fasters browsers and one of the most popular (it is estimated what Chrome is now used by more than a fifth of Internet users worldwide).

Chrome’s developers put a lot of effort in creating a browser is light, fast, has intuitive interface and above all compliant with all standards of World Wide Web Consortium.

Google Chrome uses Webkit rendering engine, used also in Apple Safari browser.

What are the main advantages of using Google Chrome? Well, to let start with saying that at the begining Chrome offers only basic funcionalitties, but configured properly, shows us many interesting options (like translating the website’s content, importing setting from other browsers, and many e-mail widgets, rss widgets).
So, who should be interested in using Google Chrome? In my opinion, above all users searching for a minimalistic, very speed and fully compliant with all standards tool for searching the Internet.

PphMyAdmin is a well-known Internet tool written in PHP. PhpMyAdmin enables managing MySql databases through a browser. While using that open-source software you are able to create or modify databases (tables, fields) or create statements written in SQL.

In fact that application is one of the popular in its category as it is always compatibile with the newest releases of PHP and is published under open-source licenses.

The start of the project now called phpMyAdmin was w 1998, but not until August 2001 first stable version was released by the phpMyAmin Project.

PhpMyAdmin provides the following features:
-advanced MySQL database management
-importing data in the following formats: CSV and SQL and exporting in: SQL, CSV, PDF, XML and ISO/IEC.
-creating queries using QBE
-exporting graphics of the database layout in the PDF format.

PhpMyAdmin is (in 2011) avaiable in more that 60 languages and is still developed by The phpMyAdmin Project.

Winzip is a commercial file compressors applications for users of Microsoft Windows Operating System, created and developed in early 90′s. by WinZip Computing (the former name: Nico Mak Computing), but in 2006 was taken over by Corel.
WinZip is a legend among file compressors applications. WinZip is also one of the best in its category. The application copes with the following formats: RAR, ZIP, ZIPX, 7Z, BZ2, LHA/LZ, TAR and many other.
Winzip has all necessary options such as dividing large files into smaller ones, sending archives to FTP server or burning data on CD/DVD.
In 14.5 version we are offered a new, more intuitive interface.

FFDShow is an open source, reliable tool that enables decoding DivX and MPEG4 video files.FFDShow is useful especially for users having quite old hardware and/or having troubles with DivX format.
The app works as filter that properly decodes videos. FFDShow leaves no huge spots on converted videos.
Moreover it is a tool both for common and advanced users, as it is able to work soon after instalation and has many options to modify. So that, advanced users can make the app matching their own expectation and aims.
Other advantages of that software? Of course, freeware licence (using that tool does not cost a thing) and great libavcodec library.
What is more, FFDShow gives us an opportunity of modifying colours and contrast and managing subtitles and logos.

Does it have any disadvantages? Few. For example: difficulties with playing MOV and RMVB videos and MPEG 1 and MPEG 2 video formats.
To sum up, that freeware application is a very inteesting tool that enables managing video files by both amateur and advances users. If we use it with several other reliable video tools, we will have powerful and really universal software to manage video files.
